Extremely disappointing and painful experience at Beam Dental. I visited Beam Dental last Saturday because I was experiencing severe tooth pain and needed an extraction. I was charged $597, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely distressing. I was treated by Dr. Lee, and I felt that my concerns and pain were repeatedly dismissed. The anesthesia was administered in my cheek rather than properly numbing the gum, and I could still feel significant pain while the tooth was being extracted from the root. I was literally crying out from the pain. I felt that my reaction was treated as an inconvenience. I honestly felt that I was in the hands of someone very inexperienced. At one point, the assistant was changed and the receptionist was brought in, who was good and able to distract my attention from the pain and finally helped completing the extraction but I still felt that my concerns were being ignored. I was told, essentially, that the doctor knew whether I was numb, despite my repeatedly communicating that I was experiencing pain. This was our first visit to this office, and they exceeded our expectations! From the friendly front staff to the doctors who took such wonderful care of my children, everyone was kind, professional, and attentive. We felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our entire visit. Highly recommend this office!

I had the BEST experience with Dr. Judy Lee! Honestly, I’ve never had a dental cleaning this gentle in my life. She was incredibly careful and thorough, and somehow made the entire cleaning feel so comfortable.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She was also so kind, patient, and attentive, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My teeth felt SO clean afterward, without that “I just survived the dentist” feeling. 😂 Seriously, Dr. Lee has completely changed my expectations for dental cleanings. If you’re nervous about going to the dentist or sensitive during cleanings, I cannot recommend her enough. 10/10 experience — I’m so happy I found her!!

I had a very pleasant visit here. The cleaning was done carefully and thoroughly, and the doctor was gentle throughout the appointment. Everything felt smooth and professional, and I really appreciated how comfortable they made the experience. I would be happy to come back again.

Went in for an emergency cracked molar (previous filling) and received same day, top notch care. Very professional front desk and clinical team. I ended up needing a crown and had that done promptly and with very high quality care. Highly recommend!
